Katie Anderson


Katie Anderson, BSW, is a clinical intake coordinator who conducts intake assessments and connects children and families to therapy services. Ms. Anderson also coordinates services with other providers and participates in quarterly intake meetings with local child-serving agencies in an effort to efficiently link children and families to services. Ms. Anderson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2015 and received certifications in undergraduate trauma studies and child advocacy studies. Ms. Anderson’s primary area of emphasis throughout her undergraduate education was childhood trauma. She spent a significant amount of time learning about the impact trauma has on children and families and the multidisciplinary approach to responding to child abuse and neglect.
