Keisha Ross, M.S. is completing the doctoral program in Clinical Psychology at Saint Louis University (SLU). Ms. Ross earned her Masters of Science (Research) degree at SLU. During her matriculation she completed a two year practicum at the Center for Trauma Recovery. Her current position as a Mental Health Professional at CASGL entails working with children exposed to various types of trauma (physical and sexual abuse, traumatic loss, and domestic violence). She conducts group therapy with adolescents exposed to trauma or experiencing chronic stress. In terms of individual therapy, she provides empirically based treatment such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Ms. Ross’ research inertest are religious/spiritual coping, health disparities among minorities, and treatment outcome. Her clinical interest includes resiliency factors among childhood sexual abuse survivors.
